Cartographer has a large drag-and-drop canvas to organise the story map. I hate janky software and I don't intend to ship any, so making this drag/drop performance work well is of high importance.

I gave a talk at Mesh, hosted by Propane, about how designers can use Claude Code to ship real work to production.

A failure demand[^seddon] - happens when a customer thinks you've failed them, and now you need to go above and beyond to satisfy them. It's a demand for service beyond what you planned to provide. It's a bit like compensation for the failure itself....
