I’m going to teach you to make a kick-ass origami CD case (like that one).
You’ll need a compass, pencil, ruler, rubber, a CD, and a few sheets of A3 paper (you will f-muck it up a couple of times).
Anyways, find the PDF here and the resource files+PDF here. Only difference is the latter includes a vector of the drawing, a hexagonal template for any artwork you want to print off and stick, and the PDF too.

This is a lovely design… but for fancy, go for the Origami CD case tato (and check all the designer webpage, it is worth a good look).
But if you are looking for a simple, sturdy and durable design… I urge you to take a look at mine, of course. It comes from a modification of Tom Hull’s design, and I have several cases I did 7 years ago still in perfect condition.
